We bought two of these. One works fine, by which I mean it is an adequate for the office-type chores it is called to perform, but otherwise unremarkable. If I just had this one, I'd give it four stars.
The other one suffered what appears to be a hard disk failure just after the Amazon return window closed. I'm starting the process of dealing with the manufacturer to get the unit repaired/replaced, which has already cost me more than the value of the thing.
